Weather Conditions
All tours will proceed as scheduled rain or shine. Please note that rainy weather does NOT warrant a refund. Refunds or rescheduling will only be offered if the Coast Guard or relevant authorities officially cancel or deem it unsafe to proceed with the tour due to severe weather conditions. If authorities confirm it is safe to travel, the tour will go ahead as planned.
Cancellations & Changes
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for cancellations due to personal reasons including (but not limited to):
- Illness or food poisoning
- Hangovers
- Missing alarms or oversleeping
- Change of mind
- Late arrivals or no-shows
We understand plans may change, so we allow modifications to bookings if made at least 48 hours in advance. Not 47 hours. It must be over 48 hours in advance or no changes and no refunds. No changes or refunds will be entertained or given within 48 hours of your tour departure time – no exceptions.
Strict No Refund Policy
To be clear:
✅ No refunds for rain or bad weather unless authorities cancel the tour
✅ No refunds for illness, late arrival, or other personal reasons
✅ No refunds within 48 hours of your tour
✅ All sales are final
By booking with Phuket Fun Tours Ltd, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel up to 48 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
For a full refund, you must cancel at least 48 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 48 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 48 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time (Bangkok Time, Thailand).

Cancellation & Refund Policy – Please Read Before Booking!
At Phuket Fun Tours, we’re all about creating unforgettable adventures — but when it comes to cancellations, we like to keep things crystal clear, like the waters here!
We understand plans may change, so we allow modifications to bookings if made at least 48 hours in advance. Not 47 hours. It must be over 48 hours in advance or no changes and no refunds. No changes or refunds will be entertained or given within 48 hours of your tour departure time – no exceptions.
Basically in a nutshell all bookings are final. No refunds will be given unless very specific circumstances apply. We put a lot of effort into organizing the best experiences for you, so please understand that last-minute changes impact our team, partners and guides.
Weather & Safety
If the Coast Guard or official authorities declare unsafe conditions (e.g., all boats or vehicles are banned due to weather or safety), you will be refunded in full — your safety always comes first.
Note: Rain alone does NOT qualify for cancellation or refund — this is the tropics, and we still run tours in the rain!
Feeling Unwell?
If you fall ill, we totally understand — but we do require an official doctor’s letter from a hospital or clinic in Phuket. It must:
- Be dated within 24 hours of your tour
- Be signed, stamped and include the hospital’s contact info and address
- Be submitted to us within 24 hours of your scheduled tour
- Getting a letter after your tour start time, will NOT qualify you for a refund.
No note at least 24 hours before tour? No refund.
We have heard the food poisoning excuse a million times. We repeat, no doctors signed note with clinic address and doctors number 24 hours before the tour, NO REFUND!
Flight Delays & Personal Reasons
If your flight is delayed, your alarm didn’t go off, you’re feeling hungover, you forgot the tour, or just changed your mind — unfortunately, these do not qualify for a refund. We appreciate your understanding that we reserve your spot and prepare in advance for your arrival.
We’re here to give you the best time in Thailand — so please double-check your booking dates, set your alarms and get excited for your adventure!
No refunds. No exceptions. But 100% fun when you show up! We really are a fun company here but we just like to make this clear and Thailand being a party place people often do not wake up for tours and give us every excuse under the sun! We have heard it all! So to be clear! NO REFUNDS!
