Note: The Yamaha Jet Ski can take up to one person and up to 120 kilos. The larger Seadoo Jet Ski can take up to 2 persons and up to 160 kilos. You will be weighed before you start the tour and if you are over the kilo allowance individually or combined (if 2 persons on one jet ski) you will not be able to ride. If over the weight allowance you will not be issued with a refund.

Yamaha Jet Ski (maximum weight allowance 120 kilos total)

Seadoo Jet Ski (maximum weight allowance 160 kilos total)
Ready to take things up a notch? The Seadoo Jetski is our premium beast – built for speed, power and high-performance adventures. Perfect for experienced riders or couples sharing a jet ski. Cancellation & Refund Policy – Please Read Before Booking!
You can cancel up to 48 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
For a full refund, you must cancel at least 48 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 48 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 48 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time (Bangkok Time, Thailand)

We understand plans may change, so we allow modifications to bookings if made at least 48 hours in advance. Not 47 hours. It must be over 48 hours in advance or no changes and no refunds. No changes or refunds will be entertained or given within 48 hours of your tour departure time – no exceptions.
We put a lot of effort into organizing the best experiences for you, so please understand that last-minute changes impact our team, partners and guides.
Weather & Safety
If the Coast Guard or official authorities declare unsafe conditions (e.g., all boats or vehicles are banned due to weather or safety), you will be refunded in full — your safety always comes first.
Note: Rain alone does NOT qualify for cancellation or refund — this is the tropics and we still run tours in the rain!
Feeling Unwell?
If you fall ill, we totally understand — but we do require an official doctor’s letter from a hospital or clinic in Phuket. It must:
- Be dated within 24 hours of your tour
- Be signed, stamped and include the hospital’s contact info and address
- Be submitted to us within 24 hours of your scheduled tour
- Getting a letter after your tour start time, will NOT qualify you for a refund.
No note at least 24 hours before tour? No refund.
Flight Delays & Personal Reasons
If your flight is delayed, your alarm didn’t go off, you’re feeling hungover, you forgot the tour, or just changed your mind — unfortunately, these do not qualify for a refund. We appreciate your understanding that we reserve your spot and prepare in advance for your arrival.
We’re here to give you the best time in Thailand — so please double-check your booking dates, set your alarms and get excited for your adventure!
No refunds. No exceptions. But 100% fun when you show up! We really are a fun company here but we just like to make this clear.
